In-person role: Plymouth Meeting, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Track company performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop financial models to project future business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust forecasts based on business trends.
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of potential business opportunities or strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Support the company's operations by providing financial insights and operational analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes that impact the company's financial position.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as banks, investors, and auditors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance or business.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable).
