Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Serve as a key advisor to management, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership on employee turnover, satisfaction, and other key indicators.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS software and other HR management tools.
- Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Background in managing HR functions within a fast-paced or global organization.
- Demonstrated success in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
