We are looking for a talented
Accounting Manager
to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities of our commercial property management portfolio.
Job Duties:
Manage the accounting team and oversee their daily activities.Prepare and analyze financial statements for each property.Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.Manage budgeting and forecasting for the property portfolio.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Coordinate audits and tax returns.Provide financial analysis and reporting to property management teams.Ideal Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the commercial property management industry.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
