Sr. Social Media Strategist Intro Our client's Social Media team is an industry-leading group that focuses on building and growing the business reputation while leading innovative social campaigns and programs, community engagement, employee advocacy, and governance for client across corporate social media channels. As a Global Social Media team member, the Senior Social Media Strategist will lead the social strategy for LinkedIn and our Employee Advocacy program, along with special event/initiative-focused social content development. This role reports to the Director of Global Social Media in Global Corporate Communications and will work closely with our other team members across the Global Communications team to drive a best-in-class social media program. Sr. Social Media Strategist Job Details - Responsibilities include leading, defining, creating, implementing, and managing our global LinkedIn strategy and Employee Advocacy program, creating content, managing enrollments, and reporting. - Identify actionable insights for planning, content development, reputation management, and competitive analysis. - Monitor and communicate medical aesthetics industry trends. - Use social media analytics platforms to measure content success and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure governance and minimize risk. - Deliver accurate and timely analysis, insights, and reporting. - Stay updated on company/industry issues and social media best practices. Sr. Social Media Strategist Mandatory Skills - Social media management and tool experience (Sprout Social preferred) - Crisis and issue tracking and management - Experience working across global teams - Expertise in social media and Listening platforms (Sprout, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.) - Strong strategic understanding of social media best practices - Ability to translate complex data sets into insightful, non-technical stories - Leadership, collaboration, project management, and communication skills Sr. Social Media Strategist Desired Skills - Highly collaborative and can lead by example - Passionate and curious about social media, the customer, and the customer journey - Comfortable presenting results and reports to cross-functional partners Sr. Social Media Strategist Location Raleigh, North Carolina, United States (Hybrid) 6 month contract with potential for extension
