If you are looking for career development or simply a great place to be, consider joining us as an Inventory Supervisor at our distribution center in West Jefferson, OH.YOUR ROLEIn this role, you will lead a team and ensure that physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, account for all defective or damaged products, and provide appropriate corrective action. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team membersImplement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse inventory efficiency, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitorsVerify inventory paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reportsEnsure daily cycle counts are completed and help organize the annual auditHelp maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventoryImplement continuous improvement action plans and implementing loss prevention programsBe flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse inventory role3 to 5 years in a leadership roleExperience working with 10,000+ SKUsExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) GOOD REASON TO JOINThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
