JOB DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Services Business Analyst Lead with work with IT and business partners to understand specific partner needs relating to projects.
Primary responsibilities include: Close collaboration with multiple business stakeholder Eliciting and writing functional requirements and documenting process flows Working with Project Managers to coordinate the Enterprise Services team's timeline and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Managing and reporting status of Enterprise Services deliverables by facilitating internal team status checkpoints, creating project tracking documentation, communicating status and issues as needed Actively participate in process improvement initiatives for the Enterprise Services BSA team Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Min 7 years of experience in business analysis/ business systems analysis related work Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable ability to learn and apply technical skills Effective Time Management with ability to adjust to changing priorities and handling multiple projects Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to the audience Has a sense of urgency, knows how and when to escalate Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion Documenting Functional design/Functional Specifications and Process Flows Works well under pressure and with deadlines Comfortable writing or running simple SQL queries against data sources
