Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst. NextStep Recruiting is working with a publicly traded, international Manufacturer that is adding a Financial Analyst to its growing team. This work is very interesting as it will center around analyzing new business opportunities, ideas, and strategies from the sales team. From analyzing cost of goods, supply chain and inventory concerns, pricing analysis, margins analysis, competitor analysis, packaging, etc.
Candidates should have the following experience:
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Advanced degree and/or certifications a plusZero to two (2) plus years of corporate finance experience in a manufacturing environment analyzing cost to produce, profit margins, supply chain, etc. Internships will be considered.Strong Excel skills. SAP experience a plusFantastic communication skills as this role will collaborate with several departments.
Our client promotes from within, and they work a hybrid work model so candidates must work well both from home and in-office in a team environment. A strong compensation package includes base salary, annual bonus, excellent benefits, PTO, 401k match, etc.
