Requirements for this opportunity include:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in PBM, healthcare billing, or pharmacy benefit management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of PBM operations, pharmacy claims processes, billing systems, and relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA,). Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. Must be comfortable creating their own policies and procedures, and working in a manual environment
