Corporate Accountant

JDP is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant for a client in the Denver, CO area. This is a full time on-site position.Responsibilities:SEC filings on Forms 10-Q and K including financial statements and disclosuresPreparation corporate journal entries and account reconciliations in a large, complex and fast-paced organization (intercompany transactions, IFRS-to-GAAP adjustments, purchase accounting adjustments, pension.)Month-end ledge closing processData accumulation of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure timely financial reportingReview trial balances and other financial reporting schedulesPrepare quarterly financial statements and disclose requirements Assist with quarterly reviews and auditsRequirements:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience General ledger knowledge in consolidation accounting including eliminations and foreign currency translationSAP experience a plusStrong US GAAP reporting knowledge
