Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Client: Health Care Insurance Company Duration: 3 Months Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117( Mandatory- 100% remote however the resource must reside in District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia(MDV Candidates Only) Purpose Implement best practices for high-quality product development. Align engineering with functional and technical requirements. Design, implement, test, and maintain products. Develop project plans and ensure adherence. Lead software requirement meetings and mentor junior engineers. Essential Functions 25% : Lead design, development, debugging, coding, code review, and testing of applications. 25% : Understand business domains and coordinate activities with stakeholders. 25% : Implement best practices and provide technical guidance. 25% : Mentor engineers, assist in production issue resolution. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science. Experience : 10 years in SDLC and quality management. In Lieu of Education : Additional 4 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Collaboration : Work with architects, product owners, scrum masters. Decomposition : Break down requirements into tasks. Risk Management : Identify risks and develop strategies. Cloud Technologies : Knowledge of Azure, AWS. Database Technologies : Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL. Best Practices : Agile methodologies, CI/CD, TDD, BDD. Deployment : Global application deployment experience. Communication : Effective technical communication skills.
