Description

The Eberjey Site Merchandising Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to lead our web merchandising and content strategies and own the day-to-day details of site execution. In this role, you will oversee the strategy execution and optimization of the end-to-end site experience. Collaboration is key as you work cross-functionally on in-season business optimizations as well as plan for future seasonal content needs and how these apply to your direct impact on the customer's site experience.

What You'll Do

Product launchesLaunch, update and maintain all products across the website responsible for end-to-end integration from activation to full sell throughCollaborate closely with Product Development, Site Operations, Copy, and Creative Services to achieve a timely product activation schedule while tracking and reporting out on status within the deliverable timelinePartner to create a compelling product experience for featured category pages, intuitive category navigation, and clear & accurate product detailsQuality and Analytics

Conduct daily site (mobile and desktop) QA and monitoring to ensure correct product set up, presentation and representation (copy and photography) and identify and report any issues along the customer purchase journeyAnalyze site journey and sales metrics to optimize against goal that drive customer engagement, conversion, and loyaltyProvide thoughtful site KPI insights proactively and consistently through deep data analysis on process outputs and findings and translate complex data into actionable insightsAnalyze category market trends and the competitive landscape to identify and share out opportunities for assortment expansion and storytellingIdentify and propose new site merchandising initiatives and/or a/b testing opportunities based on current trends and competitive landscapeSite Experience

Drive cross-site execution to bring the customer online shopping experience to life and meet or exceed financial goals measured by engagement, conversion and loyalty goals.Ability to lead specialized content strategy planning efforts with internal team members & cross-functional partnersExecution of promotions - partners with the inventory planning team for product-specific promotional events to ensure seamless execution of event product pages across the site and marketing channelsCombine site product launches, merchandising and optimization efforts with pre-season and in-season financial planning across all product categoriesProvide thoughtful site KPI insights proactively and consistently through deep data analysis on process outputs and findings and translate complex data into actionable insightsExecute best in class cross-sells and personalization strategiesRefine all pathways of discoverability: navigation, search, product sort order and filters to optimize for engagement and conversionPartner with the Director of Site Experience to identify new opportunities that increase engagement, sales & conversionWhat You'll Need

An authentic energy and passion for our brand and understanding of our categoriesAdapt and anticipate future needs, develop plans that support digital initiatives and adapt to changing customer expectationsAbility to think strategically/analytically and act tactically with strong creative and merchandising instinctsStrong operational leadership skills and ability to drive decisions, move work forward and ensure highest quality deliverablesExceptional strategic and metrics-driven analytical skills at both the micro and macro levelsExcellent presentation and written communication skills; experience presenting to and engaging with senior and executive level audiencesExtensive knowledge of all aspects of ecommerce, key trends, product management processes and customer centered design techniques, AB testing, SEO and analyticsA minimum of 5 years' experience in a site merchandising role on fast-growing ecommerce websites3+ years working with Shopify Plus for a premium soft-lines brand3+ of proficiency with project management tools; e.g. Asana, Monday, etc.Experience with omnichannel retailers required3 or more years managing fast paced, digital productions with the highest standardsExperience with modern tools/platforms for site analytics, content management, personalization and a/b testingProven ability to measure with an inputs-first mindset to achieve the desired resultsA high aptitude for data analytics with the ability to connect-the-dots across multiple areas and inform and action the essential work aheadDirect channels merchandising and/or planning experience is a plusEberjey Extras
