TravelUnit Information: Location: Methodist Helotes FSED Address: 12285 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023 Floor: ER Building: Methodist Helotes General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 7 Number of Staff 2 RN 24/7; 1 Paramedic 11a-11p Type of staff: o Day Shift 2 RNs o Mid Shift 1 Paramedic o Night Shift 2 RNs Patient Ratios 3 or 4:1 Type of equipment Ventilator, Bipap, moderate complex lab, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, Moderately Complex lab equipment EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. At least 2 year of ER experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience FSED experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV, bloodwork, Foley, Breathing Treatments, Medication administration Best personality Fit: Team oriented, accountable, integrity, compassion for patients REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI Floating Area(s): None but can provide hours if necessary to other Methodist/FSED within 25 miles Dress Code : Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
