**Job Description:**- Join a dedicated team in a NICU unit with 146 beds, including both Level 3 & 4 and Level 2 care.- Collaborate with a staff of 376 professionals including day/night shift charge nurses, clerks, and nurse techs.- Manage patient ratios that vary by acuity: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4.- Utilize all NICU equipment efficiently.- Work within the EMR systems: Meditech & CPN.- Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures, central line placement, circumcisions, and eye exams.- Exhibit strong communication skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.- Focus on parent satisfaction and patient safety.- Float among all NICU areas, general nursery, and pediatrics with infant assignments.- Adhere to a royal blue scrub dress code and comply with unit guidelines to maintain professional standards.- Commit to a minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 2 shifts on Monday/Friday per 4-week schedule, with holiday work as per unit guidelines.
