Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (Fridays off!)

Position Summary: As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a vital role in transforming our engineering designs into reality. You'll work closely with blueprints and schematics, ensuring each unit is assembled to the highest standards. What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics with precision.
- Gather and verify all necessary parts and tools before starting assembly.
- Position parts accurately and secure fasteners according to specifications.
- Install electrical wiring, hydraulic hoses, and water lines to ensure operational integrity.
- Safely operate a variety of tools, including air, power, and hand tools, as well as overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Conduct thorough inspections to confirm all connections are accurate and secure.
- Collaborate with team leads to report any defects or issues promptly.
- Meet production schedules while conserving resources to minimize waste.
- Assist in the final inspection and documentation of completed units.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general assembly or specialized training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must!
- Familiarity with safe work practices and proper PPE.
- Proficient with power and hand tools, and knowledgeable in electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for success.
