**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic unit with 36 beds and a dedicated team of 55 employees.- Day shift staffing includes: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 Techs, and 1 Unit Secretary.- Night shift staffing includes: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, and 2 Techs.- Manage patient ratios effectively, typically 1 RN to 6 patients.- Utilize Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and Sequential Compression Devices (SCDs).- Operate within the EMR system, Meditech.- Provide care for post-operative patients, including drain maintenance and wound care.- Demonstrate competency in dressing changes and drain management.- Work collaboratively as a team player with a positive attitude.- Act as a strong patient advocate while managing care in a fast-paced environment.- Adhere to the dress code of navy blue/white scrubs with no hoodies, pullovers, or T-shirts.- Join a unit recognized for top patient experience scores as measured through HCAHPS.
