Overview of the Chief Financial Officer role:

• Set the company's strategy and direction including budgets and all financial reporting
• Oversee and drive accounting and payroll departments
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

Preferred Qualifications/Experience for the Chief Financial Officer:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

The Chief Financial Officer role is fully onsite in Elkhart, Indiana

Salary: $125,800.00 to $145,800.00
