Early Autism Services (EAS) is currently seeking a Senior Clinical Director to expand our center and home-based services in the Leeds, Birmingham, and Montgomery, AL areas. The Senior Clinical Director (SCD) is a leadership position with the primary responsibility of providing clinical and operational guidance and supervision for their designated region. The SCD reports directly to and is supported by the VP of Clinical Excellence and the VP of Operations. EAS is a founder-owned company, providing proactive, personalized ABA therapy for children nationwide. If you have the same beliefs, we welcome you to apply now and join our amazing team!Scope of Expertise:The SCD should be comfortable with reviewing cases & providing BCBA’s with feedback both remotely and in person. The SCD should be familiar with the administration of assessment tools (criterion and norm-referenced) and creating goals for treatment with clients and caregivers. The SCD will be seasoned at mentoring and guiding clinicians, experienced and newly certified, in meeting clinical quality metrics. Drive clinical and operational initiatives across designated regions and collaborate with center leaders to achieve clinical and operational KPIs. Oversee and support the clinic directors’ initiatives and drive clinical excellence. Partner with clinical directors and senior leadership to identify region specific needs and growth support plans.Benefits:86K to 95k annually

Additional Requirements:Travel four days a week to designated centers, including Birmingham, Leeds, and Montgomery

Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Conduct and execute trainings for BCBAs and leadership team on the latest research, journal articles, and trends within the field of ABA and autism services

Qualifications:Active BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board for 3 or more years

At least 2 years of clinical experience in a leadership role overseeing in-home and clinic-based services

Specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
