A busy law firm with three attorneys is seeking a qualified individual to fill a position that requires in-depth knowledge of Florida's Institutional Care Program (ICP). The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and filing Requests for Assistance and be comfortable performing various other office duties in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file Requests for Assistance related to Florida's Institutional Care Program (ICP).
Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents and ensure accurate filings.
Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and organize case files, both physical and digital, related to ICP and other legal matters.
Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed in an active office environment.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience with Florida’s Institutional Care Program (ICP) and related legal processes.
Proficiency in preparing and filing Requests for Assistance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience working in a legal office environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
