What you'll be doing:Generate outbound calls and field incoming callsObtain necessary estate information as available and follow up with the representative regarding claim filingNotate files with estate informationNegotiate payment arrangements and follow-up on payment arrangementsSend confirmation and settlement letters as requiredRespond to all voicemail messages dailyAccurately document accounts and notate files with correct transaction codesRequirements:
