POSITION PURPOSEOsprey Management has an immediate opening for an outgoing Multi-site Facility Manager to be a leader at three Self Storage locations in the Panama City, FL area. The ideal candidate for the Multi-site Facility Manager position would have a minimum of 2 years retail sales, customer service experience and management experience, along with strong multitasking abilities.

As the Multi-site Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the self-storage facilities including sales/leasing, keeping the property clean, promoting tenant protection plans, managing account receivables and providing tours of the property. In addition, you will assist with the collections of delinquent units and must be able to offer exceptional customer service both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to help the facilities succeed! This position also is responsible for the onsite maintenance of the property including landscaping.

Count cash and handle money by completing close of day processesPerform company policies in opening/closing the office each dayRespond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.Renting storage spaces based on customers' needsProvide outstanding customer service and build excellent rapport with new and existing customersAccept payments and complete daily bank depositsKeep the property and office clean and tidyDaily property walks to perform lock checks and show units to customersOther general office dutiesKeep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debrisPerform minor repairs: changing light bulbs, replacing door latches, roll up door repairs, minor electrical, gate controls, metal roofing maintenanceComplete maintenance projects as required including landscapingMulti-task and manage multiple projectsSupervise projects with vendorsQUALIFICATIONS AS A
