Program Manager C5ISRGeneral Description:Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an experienced Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to actively monitor, execute, and instill programmatic controls for programs.
Program emphasis is relative to the integration and development of engineering programs that relate to C5ISR Systems and Aerial Delivery Systems.
The Program Manager will work with engineering teams, Business Development (BD), Production, Supply Chain, Government Agencies, Customers (CONUS and OCONUS), and suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities:Experience in military and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) engineering development programs.Experience in Engineering development programsFull life cycle experience: Front end BD and sales Pipeline through the development life cycle and into production and sustainment activitiesSkilled at balancing cost and schedule performanceExperience with program reporting to upper managementExperience building effective relationships with customers and suppliersSelf-starter with a sense of urgencyExperience with Earned Value Management SystemExperience with program Risks and OpportunitiesExperience as a primary focal into major customers and suppliersExperienced with writing/negotiating SOWsManages to schedules and metricsKnowledge of working with ERP systemsRequired Qualifications:BS in Engineering or equivalent10+ years of experience formally managing programs as a PE or PM5+ years working as an engineerExperience with Requirement Management toolsExperience with subcontract supplier managementExperience as an Engineer or Technical Engineering Manager performing new product development would be a plusAbility to create, implement, and/or modify programmatic processesExperience of tactical radios, EO/IR systems, Radar systems, networking, and/or computing platforms/serversExperience with customer and government auditsExperience with ISO auditsExperience with Contracts, Terms and Conditions, etcCertified PMI PMP/PgMPExperienced with MS Project, Excel, Power Point and WordUnderstanding of ERP systemsMust be a U.S. citizen with or with the ability to obtain a government security clearancePhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentWork is typically performed in an office settingWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.Must have the ability to lift 15-25 poundsMust be able to read, write and speak English
