This role involves conducting regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching on processes and techniques, as well as developing and implementing effective collection strategies, policies, and procedures. The Accounts Receivable Collections Manager will also address and de-escalate accounts receivable concerns, set and evaluate goals for team members, and generate detailed reports on aging metrics and performance for management review. Additionally, the role includes managing employee schedules using ADP and collaborating with external collection agencies to ensure proper account management and record-keeping.Duties and responsibilitiesProvide guidance to the team of collectors on process, technique, and next steps by conducting regular 1:1 meetingDevelop, implement, and document collection strategies, policies and procedures to minimize delinquency and create efficienciesDe-escalate AR related concerns as neededEstablish goals and targets for each collection specialist, evaluate progress and collaborate on future success in areas needing improvementGenerate reporting on various aging metrics, collection specialist performance and portfolio details for management review on a regular basisManage employees’ schedules utilizing ADPCollaborate with outside collection agency by maintaining proper records of accounts*Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferredNetSuite experience preferredStrong analytical skills.Detail oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.Team player who strives to achieve department goals.Solid communication skills and positive attitude.Quick learner and consistent in meeting deadlines.Excellent prioritizing skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook office 365.
