Just general surgery on call, occasionally ENT.• Patient Demographics: Mostly Adults and few Peds- rare to have a kid under age of 1• Patient Volume: 7-10• Ave. No. of Surgical Cases: 7-10 per day• % of Practice: 90% General• Physician in Practice: 1 Anesthesiologist• CRNAs in Practice: 2• Case Mix:- Cardiac, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic- No OB, No Ortho• Required Procedures:- General (Adults & Peds) & Epidural, Regional and some Spinal anesthesia- Insertion of A-line & Central line (not common but looking for someone w/ that ability)- A bit of Peds• No. of ORs: 3• EMR: Epic• Other Info:- Locum provider will be supervised by Anesthesiologist.- Locum provider will be responsible for preparing the anesthesia cart.• Hospital Privileges required: Yes• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
