Opportunity:
Need is on a PRN basis, ongoingNo call or weekend!Must be Board Certified in any of the following specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&RExams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury. Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.No prescribing, no treatmentDMA certification available (can get CME credits) - will need to obtain once privileged if not already certifiedUse of Goniometer requiredFamiliar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio requiredProficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.Must own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs)Training shall be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)Evaluations to be completed in the provider's portal and records are reviewed.Record review is required in most casesFollow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics)Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
