Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.Positive Work Environment:Be part of an organization where we practice the mission in our daily operations and demonstrate our pride by delivering excellent care.Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of direct resident care services.Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary client care team.Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient situations.Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.Education and/or ExperienceGraduate from an accredited RN school.Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains current professional.clinical competency related areas of responsibilities.BLS must be complete within 6 months of start date and maintained.Attends all mandatory departmental meetings and in-services.Licensure/Certification/RegistrationCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota.Work ScheduleEvening/Night shifts; 48 hours every 2 weeks6:00 pm - 6:30 am, 10:00 pm – 6:30 amEvery other weekend/holidayOccasional call time (8-12 hours per month)PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
