OVERVIEW- Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.- Planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.- This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. A Delivery Lead, is an individual contributor at the program level.
REQUIRED- Primary - Agile tools (Jira)- Clear and Efficient Communication Skills- Complex Problem Solving
PREFERRED
- 5-7 years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)- Strong organizational and planning skills- Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget- Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives- Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments- Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements- Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress- Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)- Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met- Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and event are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams.- Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results
