Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Project Coordinator for an opportunity with a client located in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller programCommunicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverablesEnsures execution and delivery meet the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and costCoordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etcPlans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverablesPromotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineGathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and scheduleEnsures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor /stakeholdersEnsures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standardsSupports resource planning for delivery/executionIndividual Contributor
Requirements:Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusionWorks well independently with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAccountability for developing plans to deliver future state approaches and facilitating the implementationAbility to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressed Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflowsProficient in problem analysis and solution designStrong Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations to senior-level executivesAbility to be flexible, adaptable, and proactively take initiativeExecutive presence and ability to lead meetingsAbility to influence senior leadershipProject Management Experience, preferredExcellent knowledge of project management, standards, and processes in a complex program environment with multiple delivery partnersExperience working in SOR developmentAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels, and across different audiencesStrong knowledge of MS Office applicationsAgile and waterfall frameworksStrong sense of quality and commitment to interact with internal or external clients effectively and professionallyVery good communication skills and service orientationAbility to work under pressure (e.g. meeting deadlines, adopting and implementing changes)Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
