Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Release Manager/Change Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Addison, TX.
Responsibilities:Responsible for delivery and execution of IT Projects and end-to-end project executionsManage multiple projects or a single major project and partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to obtain required evidenceManage timelines and communicate project statusManage various governance checklists prior to project releases
Requirements:5-7 years of experienceSeasoned Project / Release Manager who can support the projects E2E releaseExperience in understanding the Project Deliverables needed for the releaseSuccessfully Drive release sessions, document the release artifacts, communicate with key stakeholdersExperience in reviewing the CRQ/Remedy ticketsExperience leading technology projects releasesAbility to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organizationHighly organized with critical thinking abilitiesExperience delivering large projects Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Strong documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyTechnical acumenAttention to detailFacilitation and collaboration skillsJIRA knowledgeE2E requirements TraceabilitySelf-StarterKnowledge of Payments or Financial Services space Familiarity with project life cycleExperience driving multiple projects simultaneously
