Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.).Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Ensure that execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Support resource planning for delivery and execution.Required Skills
Agile Scrum ExperienceMS ProjectTechnical Change Management (software/hardware deployments)Advanced understanding of security business practices and familiarity with project management processes and controlsStrong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services, and technologies at a functional and data level.Cybersecurity policy, standards, and project management process controls
