**Welding Maintenance Mechanic****Pay**$34 - Weekly Pay**Shift**1st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm**Job Description**We are seeking a skilled Welding Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for maintenance repair, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, such as pumps, seals, bearings, and blowers. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting automated processes, installing and repairing new and existing equipment, and responding to machine and equipment issues in all areas of the facility. Additionally, you will perform welding and fabrication tasks on machinery.**Skills**+ At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment+ Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical power transmission systems (chain drives, gearboxes)+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment (pumps, seals, bearings, blowers)+ Proficiency in troubleshooting automated processes+ Proficiency in installing and repairing new and existing equipment+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics+ Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting+ Experience in a cGMP environment**Benefits**+ 14 days worked per month+ OT as needed for those who want it (not mandatory)+ Weekly Pay+ Limit for OT (Work/Life balance – no more than 60 hours per week)+ Free maintenance training (Mechanical, Electrical, Troubleshooting on rotating equipment, proper lubrication on machines) – until trained+ Promotes from within**Work Environment**Clean food manufacturing facility with a production-driven environment. Major hub for chocolate manufacturing. Large production facility that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You will be working around machinery at high temperatures.
