Scrum Master (GCP Technical knowledge)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with GCP knowledge to facilitate and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and services. The Scrum Master will ensure Scrum principles, practices, and values are upheld, removing impediments and empowering teams to achieve maximum productivity.Key Responsibilities:Scrum Framework (50%):Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.Ensure Scrum principles, values, and practices are understood and followed.Coach teams on Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and empiricism.Manage Scrum artifacts (e.g., Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog).Team Facilitation (30%):Foster collaboration, open communication, and self-organization within teams.Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making.Ensure cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder alignment.Technically co-ordination with other team membersProcess Improvement (20%):Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.Monitor and report team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).Collaborate with Agile Coach to refine Agile processes.Qualifications and Competencies:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, values and GCP knowledge.Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).Nice to Have:Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or IC Agile Coaching certification.Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or Extreme Programming (XP).Familiarity with GCP concepts.Generic Managerial SkillsGood organizational and problem-solving skillsGood team player who is self motivated and well organizedStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with remote teamsAbility to manage project scope
