Packaging And Production Worker

Aerotek has IMMEDIATE openings for Entry Level Production Workers with a growing manufacturing facility in Thornton, CO. In this role, you will work in groups of 2 - 3 team members, engaging with both automated and manual machinery to fill, cap, and box products.You will be part of a cohesive unit, rotating stations but generally moving with the same team to package finished goods, print labels, assist with pot changes, and palletize boxed goods for shipment.Candidates MUST be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Shift & Pay:1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 5AM - 3:30PM - $19/hr2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3PM - 1:30AM - $21/hr** mandatory overtime on FRIDAYS might be required **Job Responsibilities:Machine set upFill bottles or other product containers using tube filling machinesCap bottlesEnsure products meet high-quality standardsPackage finished goodsPrint labelsPalletize finished boxed goods for shipmentQualifications:Machine Operation ExperienceMixing/Formulating ExperienceAbility to consistently lift or move items up to 50lbs.Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks.Teamwork and the ability to work well with a consistent group.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work mandatory overtime on FridaysBenefits:Weekly payHealth, dental and vision insuranceLife insurance401kPaid sick timeEmployee discountsOvertimeGreat cultureAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
