We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Shop Hand. In this role, you'll assist with various tasks around the shop, gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you’re eager to learn and thrive in hands-on work, we’d love to meet you.**Pay:** $20.00 - $24.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)**Shift:** 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM**Location:** Commerce City, CO or Centennial, CO**Qualifications:**+ Mechanical aptitude/familiarity with hand and power tools+ Initiative, self-starter, willing to learn....room to grow if you want it!+ Safety knowledge while being able to work in a fast paced environment.+ Effective communication and teamwork+ Previous experience around/operating/fixing construction equipment is a plus, not a requirement.+ Bilingual a plus, not a requirement.**Job Description:**+ Required to prep equipment and material for technicians.+ You will assist in intermediate mechanic responsibilities such as fluid changes, PM work, tire pressure, etc.+ Ensure that various types of construction equipment are ready for customer delivery.+ Responsible to prepare equipment for delivery and assisting customers by loading and unloading their rentals.+ Additional responsibilities may include power-washing equipment, maintaining the overall appearance of the branch, working collaboratively with co-workers on various tasks, and occasionally delivering equipment.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
