Position Description
Landmark Construction is seeking to add an experienced HR professional to our growing team. This will be a contract-to-hire role in our growing Columbia, SC office. As the sole HR representative for this branch, you will have the opportunity and challenge of aligning HR and business practices while embedded within a team of top-notch operational professionals.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ForSupporting the strategies, growth, and performance of the department by aligning and executing appropriate HR and talent management activitiesProviding coaching and feedback to managersFacilitating the execution of annual and ongoing organizational and talent processes (onboarding, compensation, planning, talent reviews, performance management, etc.)Working with leaders and employees to resolve employee relations matters related to performance, compliance, and behaviorPartnering with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture that reflects Landmark Construction’s company values and vision.Enabling organizational change management efforts related to strategy, structure, and technology
Position Requirements
What You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of HR experience in a variety of functional HR areas (talent development, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, etc.) preferred, with greater depth in one or more of these areas requiredAbility to build and maintain relationshipsConstruction or Heavy Industry Human Resource Management ExperienceBasic critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
