Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist

• Issue all direct deposits and pay card payments
• Enter all new employees into the system and make applicable changes to direct deposits and tax withholdings
• Pull payroll reports
• Balance payroll reports to ensure they match all hours and timesheet changes
• Enter hours for employees who use manual timesheets to record hours
• Responsible for reaching out to managers for any missing approvals
• Set up all direct deposit accounts and pay cards
• Prepare payroll deductions and other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications for Payroll Specialist

• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Multi state payroll experience is required
• Experience with ADP preferred, ADP Workforce Now a plus but not required
• Customer Service minded with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills

The Payroll Specialist role is fully onsite in Waynesburg, OH with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
