Staff Accountant

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers? We're looking for a dedicated professional to manage our payroll and general ledger activities in a Staff Accountant role!

• Accurately post payroll entries in the general ledger. You'll pull payroll data from ADP and meticulously research any errors or discrepancies before journal entry.
• Handle prepaid entries in the GL and reconcile accounts in Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and calculate PTO accruals, maintaining precise records to support our team.

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Business Administration desired but not required!
• 3 - 5 years of previous accounting experience.
• Dynamics 365 and ADP experience is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
