Job Details

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Compliance Analyst with a deep knowledge in SOX compliance to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a critical thinker, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of compliance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective compliance programs, including creating policies and procedures that promote company-wide compliance.
  2. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  3. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk and develop risk management strategies.
  4. Ensure that the organization meets SOX Compliance, COSO, COBIT, and ERP implementations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
  6. Provide training and guidance to all employees on compliance-related issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  8. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
  9. Play an active role in inventory costing and manufacturing accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SOX or auditing, with specific experience in SOX 404(b).
  3. Advanced knowledge of SOX Compliance, COSO, COBIT, and ERP implementations.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  6. Experience in manufacturing accounting and inventory costing.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex compliance issues.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-judged decisions.
