Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Pennsylvania Statewide.Ryder regional/OTR drivers can anticipate quality home time with family and friends while usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both. Compensation:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,650+
- Solo Miles Pay: 63 CPM with 2250-3000 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $16.37 per Stop Plus $107.56 per Dry Van unload
- Avg of 12 stops per week
- Bonuses
- Loyalty bonus: Pays you $2000 at 6 months and $2000 at 1 year
- Safety bonus: $250 - Paid four times a year, every quarter
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Home Time, Route & Schedule:
- Home weekends if based in Lewistown, PA area
- Home at least every other weekend if based further outside of Lewistown, PA
- Route: All 48 states and Canada
- Touch - Hand Unloading is Required, commercial and Residential Garage Doors
Equipment:
- Sleepers with APUs
- Dry Van and Conestoga
- 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
Qualifications
- Must have a valid CDL A License
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Must obtain a passport within 30 days of hire
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
- Must live in Pennsylvania
