The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEAssociates degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulationsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEncompass softwareRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values.
