will:Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and/or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and valuesQualifications:Associates degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
