Job Description
Office workers are responsible for assisting managers with administrative tasks, assisting with start of shift responsibilities, and managing the departments CMMS process. This individual works closely with the Location Manager to ensure that procedures are followed, paperwork is logged and filed in a timely manner.
COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
Process invoices, setup and update new vendors through Aramark Payment ServicesTrack AP & AR (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) as neededManage timekeeping system and weekly payroll close (knowledge in ABI preferred)Receive, dispatch, and close work orders TMA as needed.Assisting in Monthly parking permit applications for department.Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.Assist in HR functions such as: Recruiting, hiring, onboarding.Maintain files at the location.Order supplies (office supplies, shoes for crews, uniforms, etc.).Prepare communication materials for the hourly staff including, but not limited to bulletin boards, schedules, memos, safety briefs, etc.Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time.Repetitive motion is required, involving typing, filing and use of hands and wrists.Additional Job Functions:
Assist with administrative projects as needed.Flex schedule: Variable shift start during Basketball and Volleyball seasons.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, organization skills and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent.Desired Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of work experience in office administration.Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.Previous basic accounting skills and customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment:
Unit offices, back-of-house, and other locations on campus.
