Summary : The Commercial Loan Administrator I is responsible for assisting with the management of loan ticklers, covenants, financial document uploads, workflow clearance, and tickler advancements.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities :Establish and maintain organized commercial loan credit files, which includes ensuring that credit file documentation is uploaded in a timely manner.Manage and upload financial documents to Sageworks Document Library using standard naming convention.Manage timely workflow clearance and tickler advancements. Validate document received meets requirements prior to advancing.Perform necessary post receipt follow up when documents received do not conform with document requirements, per credit approval or loan documents. This may be with Commercial Relationship Managers, Relationship Support Specialists, Underwriters, etc.Assist with on-going file clean-ups.Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.Perform additional responsibilities as required.Qualifications :

Experience in Credit File/Loan Administration a plus.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software.Working knowledge of Fiserv system or equivalent.Working knowledge of Sageworks/Abrigo or equivalent a plus.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Team focused.
