The Fulfillment Wholesale - Picker/Loader responsibility is to pick and load orders as provided by Wholesale Pick Lead materials are managed and controlled following Company guidelines including Quality Systems regulations. Primary focus is Outbound Shipping but should have flexibility to support any fulfillment operation as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on driving Order Fulfillment Service Level Agreements (SLA's)Achieve timely/accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all Wholesale, Transfers and Retail ordersEffectively and accurately manage material movementsAbility to flex and support changes and upcoming activities to support daily outbound variationEnsure safe working and in an efficient mannerWork closely with other areas of the Wholesale Fulfillment team to support on-time, complete, properly palletized and packaged, properly load and closely monitor accuracy of each orderFollow continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationFollow procedures including safety, picking, replenishment areas, material movements and inventory processes and controlsParticipate as needed in cycle counts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly for managing inventory in the wholesale replen areasObserve and participate in continued improvement activitiesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in fulfillment and shippingKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a wholesale picker is a plusGood written and oral communication skillsStrong math skills; ability to reconcile stock count reports and existing dataAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.BENEFITS AND PERKS
