Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:$22.00
Job SummaryThis position is Thursday-Saturday from 7:00am-7:30pm. This position will be to monitor and maintain current inventory levels while minimizing excess supply, including reconciling stock counts reports; Initiate actions to replenish stock; Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolve inconsistencies on Work orders and Sales orders.
Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Will back up Inventory Control Specialist 1.Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks inventory levels and investigates problems with root causing.Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.Performs Daily/weekly Cycle Counts following Cycle Count Plan.Creates bins and labels racking.May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.Assisting in Master data collection.Daily monitoring of production lines and inventory left over.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Will be able to operate a Forklift, pallet jack, and Order picker.Required Skills, Education, Experience:
High school Diploma requiredKnowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.Database management skills.Ability to analyze and solve problems.Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.Forklift certified.Physical Requirements
Physical activities may occasionally include:
Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.Adjusting or moving objects up to 45 pounds in all directions.Physical activities may constantly include:
Communicating with others to exchange information.Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.Environmental Conditions may occasionally include:
