Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

Use accounting software such as QuickBooks or Quicken to manage financial transactions

Support financial planning and budgeting initiatives

Assist with internal and external audits, including tax preparation and filing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience, including individual and corporate returns

Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and financial statement preparation

Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving techniques

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Quicken)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

CPA certification or working towards CPA is a plus
