Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients facing bankruptcy, offering strategic advice and guidance on a range of bankruptcy-related issues.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation sessions, and negotiations with creditors.
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as petitions, schedules, and motions.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to support legal proceedings and policy decisions.
- Advising clients on the implications of bankruptcy, including potential effects on credit, property, and future financial stability.
- Managing client relationships, ensuring that clients are informed and updated on case progress, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective strategies for client representation and case management.
- Staying updated with changes in bankruptcy and foreclosure laws and regulations and participating in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Attorney.
- Active member of the state bar in good standing.
- Proven track record of representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
