Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the overall hiring needs of the organization.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct proactive talent research and pipeline development to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Conduct initial phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests as required.
Candidate Experience Management:
Provide timely and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, status, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
