Required skills, minimum years of experience, and/or education:2 years of recent ICU experience (minimum of 1 year w/in the past 3 years)1 year of recent CVICU experience and/or immediate post open heart experience strongly preferredMust have previous travel experienceIABP and Impella experience within the past year is required (highly sought-after cardiac device)
12-hour shiftsWilling to consider 36- to 60-hours/week contracts
Traditional staffing of 2:1 nurse patient ratio.1:1 for post-TPA, CRRT, IABP, Impella and immediate post open heart recovery ( 350+ open heart surgeries per year)
