**Must-Have:** Epic and trauma experience
**Job Description:**- Assess patient needs, and plan and coordinate interventions and consultations.- Provide procedures and treatments in the ED, including moderate and deep sedation, ultrasound, intubation, cardioversion, D&C, sexual assault exams, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and imminent deliveries.- Manage a patient population and diagnoses that include trauma, acute stroke, STEMI, psychosis/psychological emergencies, and sepsis.- Address patient situations frequently involving alcohol/drug abuse history or complex medical history.- Perform duties in a Magnet, Level I Trauma Center, and Teaching Hospital environment.- Floating within the hospital is required, and potential floating to sister hospitals is not required.- Orientation and compliance modules are mandatory pre-start, with an average of 3.75 hours billable for RN-related modules.- Orientation and floating schedules do not accommodate block schedules unless stated otherwise.- Must be open to weekend requirements.- Must complete compliance requirements and labs prior to start.- Maintain necessary certifications and licenses throughout the job duration.
