Requirement Gathering :Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand the business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

Process Analysis :Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the Pega platform.Map out "As-Is " and "To-Be " process flows to facilitate better understanding of process changes.

Documentation :Create clear, concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.Ensure that all documentation is aligned with the project's goals and timelines.

Collaboration with Stakeholders :Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring both sides are aligned on project objectives and deliverables.Communicate effectively with clients, development teams, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Support for Design and Development :Work closely with Pega developers to ensure that the system design meets the functional requirements.Provide input and guidance on system design, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and constraints.

User Stories and Agile Methodologies :In Agile projects, the Pega BA helps break down business needs into user stories and works within Agile frameworks such as Scrum.Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Testing and Validation :Support the testing team by providing test cases based on business scenarios and validating that the delivered solutions meet business requirements.Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the expected outcomes.

Change Management :Assist in managing the change control process, ensuring that any changes to the scope or functionality are documented, agreed upon, and communicated to all relevant parties.

Training and Support :Assist in the development of training materials and help with end-user training to ensure successful adoption of the Pega system.Provide ongoing support to business users after implementation.

Continuous Improvement :Analyze the performance of the Pega solution post-implementation and suggest further optimizations or enhancements.
